General Transport Conditions
We try to offer you the right service.
- The maximum rates apply only when ordering a taxi from one address to the destination.
- Each additional pick-up address in the same city region incurs an additional €10 charge.
- For each additional pick-up address outside the same city region, please contact us at our phone number 013-2340013 for a price agreement.
- Rates are not valid in very adverse weather conditions.
- For airport taxi services, the maximum rates apply 24 hours a day.
- No rights can be derived from any typographical errors on our website or in email responses and/or confirmations.
- No rights can be derived when our taxi is present up to fifteen minutes earlier or fifteen minutes later than the agreed time.
- In case of any misunderstandings caused by us, the customer will receive a 20% discount on the agreed fare/ride. Costs incurred by customers due to our misunderstandings will not be reimbursed!
- In case of any misunderstandings caused by customers, all costs will be charged to the customers.
- Passengers are responsible for cleanliness and hygiene in the taxi. In case of contamination, such as vomiting, a minimum fine of €300 will be imposed, payable directly to the driver or the taxi company.
